Co-hosting and DJing at a regular weekly milonga and playing at different marathons and festivals has made my selections being based on the feeling what dancers would like to dance to, so I often play a mix: classical tango music performed by new and old orchestras, flowing with energy to have an opportunity to make the best of every milonga.

I to dokładnie w takiej kolejności, jaką “czuję”.

Michał Kaczmarek „El Monje” (Poznań, Polska): founder of the first Tango Theater in Poland. He playes at milongas, marathons, encuentro and festivals in Poland and Europe. He played at two famous milongas in Buenos Aires at El Obelisco and Maldita Milonga. He says „ For me tango is always dancing music. Songs that not have a dance potential will not be included in my tandas – they are good for listening or preparing choreography. I would love to dance all the songs on the dance floor. Because the DJ in milonga conducts a dialogue with the dancers – this is an exchange of energy – always unique, just as each milonga is unique.

Lechosław TangoDealer Hojnacki, (Bielsko-Biala, Poland): Tango has been a key part of my life for twenty years now. As a DJ, I like to reach for the Great Masters of the Golden Era, but not only! I promise that each of you will find real pearls of music for yours ears, body and soul. The power of unleashed synergy that comes from having all the dancers share the magic of the evening - that is the unique task for a DJ.

Marcin Ucka (Katowice, Poland): Tango as music has been in my heart for many years. At first it was music - then dance took over my life. I have been organising milongas in Katowice for 3 years now and I play as a guest at other milongas. I love classical tango - especially the music of the Golden Era. I like to play slively - so my sets often feature Biagi, Troilo, D'Arienzo. I try to combine the tastes of the dancers - without being ain conflict with my own tastes. I want the music I play to thrill people and encourage them to get out on the dance floor and stay there.
